WhO iS pERcY?
Percy Nevers really likes the music of Tom Waits and the humor of Weird Al Jankovic. He loves performing familiar, nostalgiac songs but he tends to get confused by the message or lyrics or both. It's not clear if Percy has a hearing problem or if he has some other cognitive disorder, but one thing is certain - his interpretations are unpredictable.
